Pick your set, add a photo of what you're after, and send it over. She confirms on Instagram and takes a £5 deposit to hold the slot.

Policy
Before you book
Quick read. It keeps appointments running on time for everyone.
Deposit
A £5 non refundable deposit by bank transfer secures your slot and comes off the total cost of your nails.
Running late
10 minute grace period. After that there's a £10 late fee. After 20 minutes with no message, your appointment risks being cancelled.
Cancelling
Let Naomi know 48 hours before and your deposit is safe. Rescheduling works the same way.
Foreign nails
No fills or soak-offs on another tech's work. Arrive with bare nails unless you've booked a soak-off with Naomi.
Nail health
If your natural nails are damaged, lifting or sore, message first — a set on damaged nails won't last and can make it worse.
Guests
Please don't bring extra people along unless you've asked beforehand.
